Biography
Ditch Davey has been immersed in the entertainment industry for the last 30yrs. Starting out in Musical Theatre on the Northern Beaches of Sydney while still at high school, Ditch then began his formal acting training at WAAPA, which provided a solid base for working with modern and classical text as well as accent and character work. Since then, Ditch has forged a mass of work in Voice Over, Film, Theatre and the Television Industries, in both Australia and the International markets.
Ditch’s film credits include CRAWLSPACE, JOHN DOE, UNDERBELLY, BLESSED and Internationally acclaimed Short Films HUNTER, CLOSING IN & BRUCE. Ditch’s Television credits include SPARTACUS, 800 WORDS, BLACK BOX, HARROW, BLUE HEELERS and playing the role of Caesar in the NETFLIX original series ROMAN EMPIRE.
As a Voice Over Artist, Ditch has voiced a variety of major national campaigns during his career, including PLUSH, BANK OF MELBOURNE, JEEP, AFL, ACTU, MEDIBANK PRIVATE, COOPERS, STRATCO, SWISSE, STANLEY FAT MAX, HARD YAKKA, POINTSBET and is the current station ID for Melbourne’s FOX FM.
